Recipe chocolate cake




Ingredients of chocolate cake:

-150g Cooking Chocolate 
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 60 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking
- 80 g of butter
- 50 g of almond

Preparation of the recipe:



Melt the chocolate (in units) in a bath of water with 5 tablespoons water (or do it in the microwave).

In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar until the mixture whitens. Add flour, baking powder, melted butter, ground almonds and chocolate. Mix.

Pour half the height of a cake pan with butter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (gas mark 6) for 30-35 min.

Wait 5 minutes before unmolding. Fresco.
