Stilton Quiche with Broccoli




Ingredients

300g shortcrust pastry
175g stilton
3 eggs
200ml double cream
4 spring onions
Broccoli sprouts 400 g
Salt and pepper
4 teaspoon Tabasco brand green jalapeño salsa ± o

Method

1. Preheat oven to 200 ° C Brand / gas 6.

2. Cover the ring cake with pastry and bake blind for 15 minutes.

3. While the dough is cooked, blanch the broccoli and refresh with cold water.

4. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the double cream.

5. Add onions and green Tabasco sauce jalapeño ± o

6. Place the broccoli evenly on the cake then repeat with Stilton.

7. Pour the quiche mixture (if it's easier, the mixture is poured when the cake is placed in the oven).

8. Bake in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, until golden.
