How to make homemade Doritos and chips sauces
A quarter of the world's population is now in
quarantine due to the Corona Virus epidemic,
and most of us pass the time by watching TV and/or cooking
To enjoy your favorite movies and TV shows
in this quarantine time we will help you out with three delicious and easy-to-prepare sauces
with ingredients you can find at home to relish your Doritos or chips while you
watch your favorite movie or series.
These Three sauces are easy, with a basic
ingredient: full-fat yogurt, suitable for those who follow a diet because they
are light in calories, do not have any kind of cheese or oils, and you can
replace the full-fat yogurt with a low-fat.
The first sauce: Thyme sauce for dipping Doritos or chips
Ingredients for sauce:
- Five tablespoons of full or low fat yogurt
- A teaspoon of white vinegar
- One teaspoon of thyme
- A quarter of a teaspoon of black pepper
- Quarter teaspoon salt
The second sauce: Sumac sauce and spices for dipping Doritos or chips
Ingredients for sauce:
- Five spoons of full-fat or low-fat yogurt
- One teaspoon of optional seasoning
- A teaspoon of lemon juice
- Half a teaspoon of sumac
Mix all well to get sumac sauce and spices
Sauce number three: Mint and curry sauce for dipping Doritos
Ingredients for sauce:
- Five tablespoons of full or low fat yogurt
- A quarter of a teaspoon of curry
- A quarter of a teaspoon of dried mint or natural if available
- A teaspoon of lemon juice
- a pinch of salt
Mix all well to get mint and curry sauce
