Duck breast with orange sauce

INGREDIENTS of duck breast :
- 1 Duck breast (can be replaced by a filet mignon)
- Orange
- Orange tree Flower water

- Potato

- Salted butter (or normal butter, provide extra salt)
- Grated Parmesan (optional)
- Courgette
- Salt
- Pepper
PREPARATION of duck breast :
